Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sigma Stack apps and websites, operated by Sigma Stack. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
You may use Sigma Stack apps and websites for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
2. Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription, billed through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by the respective store under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the app's functionality. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload.
4. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its branding are the property of Sigma Stack and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; deleting the app ends these Terms except for clauses that naturally survive.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
